Ingredients:
- 1 LB Lean chop-meat
- 1/4 Cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 QT Spaghetti sauce
Directions:
- Mix the chop-meat, breadcrumbs and egg together.
- Shape into meatball and place in the bottom of a crock pot.
- Cover with spaghetti sauce and cook on high for four hours.
Option - you can add Italian sausage to cook with the meatballs.
